Sales Manager
Location: Based in Tualatin, OR or Salem, OR, with weekly travel required between both locations.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Oregon and Southwest Washington. As a front-line leader, you’ll drive customer relationships, sales growth, and team success by embracing our values:

Responsibilities
- Outside Sales (10%): Engage directly with clients and support your team in the field.
- Inside Sales (50%): Generate and follow up on leads, address customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Supervision (30%): Conduct reviews, manage A/R with Operations, hire and onboard, analyze reports, and drive communication.
- Safety (10%): Champion safety, conduct evaluations, and investigate incidents.
Qualifications
· External candidates must have proven experience in leading and developing sales teams with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate salespeople to achieve peak performance.
· Skilled in setting sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and translating insights into action.
· Strong leadership skills with experience in performance management, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
· Excellent communication skills for team alignment, goal-setting, and maintaining customer relationships.
· Sales skills with a deep understanding of customer needs, negotiation, and closing techniques.
· Ability to implement effective sales training to support continuous team improvement.
